The modern aesthetic of Millenia 700 addresses the Millenia Mall located across the street and is created to attract the young professional market. Project will house 680-720 apartment homes. The buildings will be four to seven story structures that wrap around two parking garages with 1386 spaces. Amenities include a large clubhouse, pool, and multiple residential courtyards.
